Lauren Fleshman

Lauren Fleshman

Lauren Fleshman is a friend I only had the good fortune to meet recently, from Track Town USA, or Eugene, Oregon as it is officially known. As an athlete, Lo has a rather impressive CV, having graduated Stanford University as one of the most decorated distance runners in American history. Since then Lo has added 2 USA titles to her medal collection & is currently working towards, amongst other targets, a USA 5km vest at London 2012. In case you weren't impressed enough, Lo is a fellow entrepreneur & is co-founder of Picky Bars ( http://pickybars.com) & Believe I Am (http://believeiam.com) in addition to being the advisor & author of her thoroughly entertaining & insightful blog:
