For those of you familiar visitors to my blog, you will recognise a few athletes that have been on camps to Font Romeu, Formia & the relay trips from earlier in the season, or that have been mentioned on discussion of my working days at Lee Valley.

In addition to those members of Team GB &NI, athletes that I have met on my 2011 global tour will also be looking to make their country proud…for example, Lauren Fleshman qualified for Team USA with her breathtaking run in Crystal Palace & will be taking her place on the plane to South Korea.

To you all, congratulations on your selection, have a safe flight & best of luck in Asia – TCB guys!!!
